Just like the other reviewer, we were screwed out of our security deposit with bogus charges and a claim that they needed to replace the carpets that they had told us need to be replaced before we moved in…and never did. If you are foolish enough to rent at this complex, get everything in writing. We never even got our lease agreement. So demand that everything be in writing, don’t take their word for it. Learn from our mistake.

Management is terrible
During my move-out inspection I was told that my place was move-in ready for the next person and that I would get a full refund deposit back. When I got my refund it was not the full refund price and I was charged a bogus fee. Management said that they would check into and get back to me, almost 3 months later and still no response back. Funny how they tell you things and can't remember to get back to you or get things done as promised. When I moved in I was promised a new deck because the old... one was dilapidated and very unsafe, so I lived with it during my time there. I think management needs to retire and sell the place to someone who cares about their residents as well as their property.
