If you like being in the center of everything-Downtown Portland, this is the place for you! Resting atop the charming and delicious Cheryl's on 12th, Washington Plaza is just a block away from Zues cafe & Jake's Crawfish house, and only a short two block walk from Whole foods, Henry's Tavern and the lovely Pearl District. With Ruby Jewel, Kure, Grassa and Blue Star Donuts, within eyesight of your apartment, your appetite will never rest! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. My only... complaint is that I have had a couple of packages disappear/not make it to me, when the staff has not been in the office, but other than that I have zero complaints!

Great location, incredible leasing agent!
Apartments.com saved me from being homeless. Finding apartments in portland, Oregon can be extremely challenging; but with the apartments.com app, I was able to find several places in my price range AND in the neighborhood I desired because of their map and filters! I really can not thank them enough for housing me and would highly recommend using apartments.com when needed! As a graduate still paying off lots of school loans, this app truly saved my life. The building/leasing agent Heidi was... and has been nothing but the kindest and biggest help I've experienced in any place of living. My studio was in perfect condition when moving in, ready to move-in in the middle of the month, has great amenities, my neighbors are friendly, and I live above the best restaurants in town! The smells through my windows every morning are glorious. Trash shoot is down the hall, and it's original from 100 years ago as is the elevator! Lots of old architecture which is also my favorite. The lobby is all original marble with Heidi on site to help five days a week whenever needed. Im very close to Powell's bookstores and a lot of other really cool shops. This place is affordable and I would highly suggest Washington Plaza to other tenants looking!
