Units are falling apart (broken appliances, leaks, water intrusion, etc). Rent is way too high for these units. Lack of follow through from management and zero follow up from maintenance team. Calls are never returned.

The property at Arya is beautiful as well as the location. My partner and I are able to take a nice walk to go get dinner or to the park and that is such a great bonus to being here. The apartments are very nice and the management has always been kind and helpful.
