Property Highlights
Come enjoy our peaceful residential park like setting. Our property preserves a rare bygone lifestyle. Audubon Court is located among a tranquil setting of mature trees and a private picnic grove. However, we do manage some modern conveniences such as a place to relax in one of our two professionally managed pools and every unit is newly wired for Verizon FIOS. Conveniently located in suburban Audubon, Pennsylvania, a short distance from Mill Grove – the home of John James Audubon, is a neighborhood unlike any other. From the moment you first arrive at the community you can abandon the stresses of the homogenized landscape of urban life and ticky tack golf course communities and enter a place that feels more at home with nature and which has embraced its park roots. Surrounded by Valley Forge National Park, Oaks Park, and Mill Grove Wildlife Sanctuary, it seems natural and proper for such a place but it is hard to believe we are minutes to major corporate centers such as Great Valley, Chesterbrook, Rhone-Poulec-Roer, SEI Investments, Smith-Kline, and Sterling. We have great access to the busy life if that’s more your style. The Oaks exit/entrance of 422 is approximately one mile away. We are a few miles from the Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 276) which leads to the Blue Route/Northeast Extension (Route 476). Public transportation is also available nearby and nearly 40 miles of bike trails run through the nearby park connecting Collegeville to Audubon and continue on to Philadelphia.

The management is very poor at verbal communication and always seeks to get more money from tenant using various tricks. The a $50 missed payment by 1 day over miscommunication by management, I was charged $60 late fee. Not sure, what was the logic or calculation there. I requested to waive given i was not told of the extra cost and autopay did not pay it, but it was denied.
For any small thing, management tries to scare people using legal terms.

A wonderful place to call home
It’s a quiet lovely complex with well tended grounds, tall shade trees, a refreshing summer pool , a private exercise center, and birds & nature all around. Yet it’s convenient to all kinds of stores, parks, walking & bike trails, entertainment, and everything else you’d need or want for a busy lifestyle. The manager is friendly, helpful and goes out of her way to take care of any problems and get whatever needs to be done, done. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and professionally.... I’ve lived here over 10 years and have no desire to live anywhere else. Audubon Court is a wonderful happy place to call home!

Worst Apartments and rude staff
I have lived here for almost 2 years.. this is the worst place to live. Apartments are old and maintenance is very poor. Staff is very rude they charge various penalties without any reason. Apartments space is very congested and you can find various spots and dirt on walls and carpet as well. I will not recommend this apartments to any one.
