I’ve had multiple issues with my apartment such as electrical issues which one time the socket blew my tv out and nothing was done I was advised to go through my renters insurance. Zero security multiple cars has been broken into and stolen. Someone was also robbed at gun point and nothing was said. 24 hr concierge is not onsite and is hardly there. Be prepared to not get your deposit back they will find any reason including wear and tear to hold onto it. Rates constantly change and is more... expensive parking was once $75 now is $150. Maintenance takes a while to respond to request. Bc they are hardly there. I had to use another units washer and dryer bc I always had issues. The dehumidifier constantly runs and they don’t clean it properly which lead to more accumulated dust. They have mice running around on the first floor. Also you can’t communicate with the manager the issues you have after too many attempts she will send a cease and desist letter to you. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love it here at 335 Bala! Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve ever lived at this is by far the best one!! It feels like I live at a resort lowkey, I never wanna leave home! From the beautiful pool, nice gym and amazing game room and roof top to relax and chill with friends and family I give this place a 10/10!

I have been a resident of 335 Bala for the last 2 years and this by far has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The amenities are Fab! Quiet and safe environment! I give 335 a 10/10! Leasing office and management are great and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. Five stars all around the board !
