You have problems, they don't have answers

The interior of the unit is nice. Good kitchen and bathroom appliances and finishes. Safe area and plenty of parking. That is where the "good" ends. The building reeks of nicotine and marijuana. There has been a hole in the entryway wall for as long as I can remember. Management is impossible to reach and if you have any maintenance issues, they will never be resolved. If you happen to get in contact with management, you are met with a laundry list of excuses as to why they cannot be held liable... . They will try to gaslight you into thinking the problems aren't as bad as they really are.
