Misleading, Wont know anything until its too late.
Beautiful, Quiet, Safe Neighborhood.
Bulk Trash sits for weeks after tenants move out.
Marketing of apartments are misleading as its stated that apts are fully renovated which they are not, (just a fresh coat of paint and maybe a new carpet and new appliance or two.
DO NOT Move into Apartment building D, Hot Water continues to go out without notice or a resolution on possible repair.
Supposedly exterminator comes once a month for service, there will be no prior notice and or sometimes no... service at all.
Rent Rates go up every year without explanation. Not renewing lease once expired, very unsatisfied.

I loved it but I don’t like the new management is questionable
I loved living here from 2019-2022. I only saw 2 questionable bugs in my apartment my entire stay. Management responded extremely fast to any and all complaints. My neighbors were great and I always felt safe. It’s in a great location close to everything but not too close to the mix of the city. New management came and raised the rent by 300 a month. They did update the apartments but they are slow to answer any questions and we’re not as personable as the prior management. But the property is... great.

Great place to live!
I have been a resident of Alexander Arms since 2014 and I have loved living here. My neighbors are quiet and maintenance is very prompt when you make an online request. I will definitely be staying here until I am ready to buy a house.

Clean, Quiet and Convenient
Lived at this apartment complex for the last year, the building manager is phenomenal and very friendly. The apartments are very clean and updated. Everything well maintained and in working order. Any request/issues are addressed immediately and in a professional manner. Residence are friendly and non intrusive. Only reason for moving is due to home purchase, otherwise very satisfied with this apartment complex and would highly recommend to any clean, trust worthy and responsible adult! Spacious... apartment with large closets!
