Multiple people with multiple kids living in 1 unit apartments. Renovations of empty apartments is done by rude, noisy, loud music playing contractors who throw debris out windows and trash common areas and stairwells. Limited parking. Car jackings.

Management sucks. Hard to reach. Never answers any line of communication. Don’t bother to try to reach them past working hours. You won’t get a response. Put in maintence request nothing will get fixed. Management sucks.

I rented a 1-bedroom apartment here. Lots of stuff was okay about it, but I was never clued in to how thin the walls are until my neighbor moved in. You can hear pretty much everything.
