I’ve been living at Dogwood for a few years now. Benito is the best! He addresses issues quickly and does a great job with repairs whenever needed. The area is nice and well maintained. I really like living here.

Gem in hiding
I was looking for a place last summer and stumbled upon Dogwood. I spoke with Naomi the property manager she was so pleasant and helpful. A month later we were moving in. DG is a quiet place nestled amongst a busy main street but you would never know. The grounds are kept up, mowed and trash is picked up. The new management that has taken over is addressing your concerns within a timely manner. So far it's been 4 months and I am enjoying my stay here. There's remodeling going on, so that is... definitely good for new renters moving in. People are friendly. Out of all the places we looked at I love the fact it has so much green space and places to walk. If you are looking for somewhere quiet with lovely grounds, then here it is. E.H.
