I was looking for a place last summer and stumbled upon Dogwood. I spoke with Naomi the property manager she was so pleasant and helpful. A month later we were moving in. DG is a quiet place nestled amongst a busy main street but you would never know. The grounds are kept up, mowed and trash is picked up. The new management that has taken over is addressing your concerns within a timely manner. So far it's been 4 months and I am enjoying my stay here. There's remodeling going on, so that is... definitely good for new renters moving in. People are friendly. Out of all the places we looked at I love the fact it has so much green space and places to walk. If you are looking for somewhere quiet with lovely grounds, then here it is. E.H.

Well kept grounds, attentive staff, great location. In addition to the pool & playground, there are also plans to add a new gym, dog park, and golf area. I have no complaints. Very happy with my decision to move here.
