I've had a great experience renting at Cidermill! From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The application process was smooth and transparent, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference in day-to-day comfort.

Great Location
Cider Mill is located in such a great spot-close to everything Erie has to offer and nestled in a park-like setting surrounded by trees and green space. The building is renovated and the maintenance and management team really care about residents and fixing any issues quickly.

I miss this place!
Our experience at Cider Mill was amazing. It was the first little home my fiance and I had together and we loved every aspect of the place. Julie and Randy are so kind and friendly, the community is kind, and we loved our apartment. We were on the 6th floor, surrounded by many other tenants, and NEVER heard any noise from any neighbors. That was the most amazing part. We now live in another place where we have only one neighbor and hear them all the time and we often talk about how much we miss... Cider Mill! :( You won't be disappointed. Best apartments in Erie.

Absolutely loved it here!
Absolutely amazing place to live! I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I did my showing and signed a lease right there. The apartments have great storage, lighting, floor plans and very spacious balconies! I always loved coming home from work and sitting on my patio after a long day at work. The staff, Julie, and Randy are always so friendly and willing to help with any problems or just to say hi! The community at Cider Mill is also super friendly! I moved-in in May from Texas and... immediately had neighbors welcoming me. It’s a great place to live and I highly recommend!

Great place to live!
Loved living here! Central air and heat is amazing to have and not a lot of places I looked at around here have it. Maintence is super quick and the leasing office is so helpful! Most of the units are renovated and kitchen and bathroom are great sizes for a one bedroom. Large balcony for all units is an added plus, you can fit a good amount of furniture on it with no problem. Very secure building and a safe area.
