Called early in the morning (10 a.m.) to tour an apartment (4:30 p.m.). Arrived 10 mins early to my appointment, called management when I arrived & was told that the person I was meeting with was running late. 20 mins went by, then 30 went by. When I finally left the person I was suppose to meet with called me saying that they had just arrived an hour later.

This place is a mess, I've been living in this apartment for a few years now but the current management doesn't do anything. The heat is always not working for days to weeks, but they still charge you for heating. The heat bill always goes up every month, they never get your work order done. Lately rats, and roaches are starting to come in, I can't wait for my lease to be over to leave.

The ONLY thing good about this place is the two minute walk to the train! The apartment size is fine, however the building a old so you hear every squeak and creak as people walk above you. You know when people leave and when they return. It is NOT smoke free. They smoke everything in this building and management says as long as it’s in their unit there is nothing that can be done. These one bedroom apartments are decently sized for one or two people, overall nice appearance. However, there is VERY little sunlight, being in my apartment feels very stuffy and suffocating even when I open the two windows I have. I wish there was some outdoor space. The hallway ALWAYS smells disgusting. They should have a limit to 2 people per apartment because many of our neighbors have over 3 people living in their apartment and they always get very loud.
