This is a wonderful historic building from 1867. It is the heart of downtown Franklin, PA. Our 10 apartments are on the 2nd floor and most were built as new construction in 2008, 2012 and 2023. They have new windows, upgraded kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, custom cabinets, ceiling fans and more. Some units have HVAC and some have 1 1/2 baths with washer/dryer connections. The building has security doors with keys that only our tenants have that cannot be duplicated. There is a coin laundry room on the 2nd floor as well, which is very close to all apartments. There is also a locked bicycle or stroller storage room on the 1st floor. There is a municipal parking lot behind the building and monthly parking permits are available. This is a quiet building with really nice neighbors, who are all professionals, quiet and respectful. We pay for the monthly Franklin water and sewer charges ($75) which many buildings make their tenants pay for separately, so the only thing you pay above the rent is your electric heat, lights, TV, etc. For shopping convenience there are 6 retail stores on the 1st floor; a nail salon, 2 women’s clothing boutiques, a tanning salon, a florist, a children’s clothing store and H&R Block. Our 6 retail stores range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet and are some of the most popular and shopped stores in downtown. Many have had recent total renovations. These stores are in the heart of the Franklin shopping area with the City’s largest municipal parking lot directly accessible from the rear entrances of the shops. All stores have large and dry basements for storage and other activities. These are great retail locations for new, existing and expanding businesses.
