Great place in the city

The condos are gorgeous and the building kept super clean. Maintenance is wonderful.

Really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and having a covered garage included.

Highly recommend!!

Avoid this place

Staff are nice initially until you sign the lease. The dryer barely works due to it being a ventless system.
Crawdaddy is a bar located on the bottom floor of the apartment, which can get very noisy on the weekends.
Especially in the summer, drunk people are yelling on the patio and on the streets. Vomit found in the elevator at multiple occasion.
Not worth the premium you pay!

I love living here!!

I just renewed my lease for my 2nd year and considering buying. This place is amazing! Beautiful units and property management is the best I’ve worked with. It would be tough living anywhere else after having the luxury this building offers. No idea what the last reviewer was drinking but the units are extremely quiet and private. Occasionally there are social events but it has never disturbed me as a resident. The events are maybe a few times per year and a bonus to living here (as well as the... restaurants). I don’t usually write reviews but this place is worth it.

Horrible

If you want to come home to a calm and peaceful night, avoid this apartment complex at all costs! The restaurant/bar on the main level of the building frequently hosts rooftop parties for the general public to enter the building. Loud music and bass blasted all day and night.
