The apartments look great when you visit them. Huge open windows, beautiful brick walls and new kitchen appliances. However after living here for two years you start to see that thing aren't as good as they seemed. The bathtubs clog a lot, you can hear everything your neighbors are up to and the AC doesn't evenly spread around the apartment.

Hatboro Lofts Review
Aesthetically I LOVE my loft. The huge windows and open layout are excellent. I appreciate the loft style as it's hard to find in the area, plus each apartment is truly unique. At $1390 for a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath I'd say it's pricey for the area. You are really paying for the industrial loft style apartment. The lofts website says there is a café coming soon but it's been about 8 month since I saw that on the website and nothing yet (that would be awesome). The gym is sufficient. I like that there... are common areas outside. All amenities in the apartment are also sufficient, no complaints. Downsides on top of the rent would be sound insulation. You can hear everyone walk by the hallway even if they are not being loud. I can even hear people in apartments that have a hallway separating us (and definitely the one next door). It's something I have gotten used to and if you are living an active lifestyle you probably won't notice it much. Having the bi-level also helps because there is no one above us. Overall I would recommend this apartment to a friend with the warning that the rent is a bit high and you have to be tolerant of outside noise.
