Maintenance is great, he lives at the property, shopping center are so close, Nice Landry, office did a great job kicking out the people that are dealing with drugs or troublemaker ,so this place is much better now than few years ago, A lot of friendly Neighbors

Fast application service. Amber is amazing! I like that the complex is small so there's not a lot of people. Lol
The laundry room is big and Maintenance is on sight at all times.
I really wish that each building door was locked and had a key or buzzer and can only be opened by the residence that lives in that particular building. I'm new here and I don't appreciate Random boys that don't live in my building sitting on the stairs in The hallway and making weed. It's annoying sitting in your... living room with your kids and all you smell is weed.
That's my only complaint. Everything else is great.

I don't know who gave this place 4 stars but this place is a nightmare! Not worth any stars. Unless you want to live with junkies who leave needles and bags out side and filthy people who are infested with roaches and bugs and bed bugs this is the spot for you!!!!

Can't say enough. This place is a small replica of Compton CA. Drugs, Guns and crackheads occupy this development. I wouldn't pay $100 a month to live there I'd stay in my car in a Wal-mart parking lot it be 100x's safer, cleaner. Go for a good laugh, LEAVE THE KIDS AT HOME:
PERMITTED WEAPONS SUGGESTED.
