Nice apartment and close to work!

Upon arriving in Pennsylvania for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I felt at home. The staff at Media Station Apartments were incredibly welcoming and provided me with valuable information about the area before my move. The location's proximity to Philadelphia makes my commute to work a breeze, adding to the appeal of my new home.

Wonderful place to live!

I have been at Media Station Apartments for thirteen years and I am so happy with the management, the maintenance staff, the location and my apartment. I came here because it is in walking distance of the train and the town of Media. We are surrounded by woods and it is a quiet area. All of the above are a plus.

Top-notch!

This is a great place to live! It is well maintained and the management works hard to improve the property.
It is clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Great location, too!

Wonderful Place to Live

I lived in Media Station Apartments for two years and highly recommend it! My apartment was quiet and clean and neighbors were all respectful. Management was always friendly and responsive. I experienced very few maintenance issues, but when I submitted a request, they were always taken care of in a day. The complex is walking distance from downtown Media, but located in a peaceful area. Overall, it is a wonderful community in which to live!

Affordable but terrible

Unfortunately media station apartments while on the surface level appeared as a nice and safe apartment complex the individuals who run the complex are unaccomadating, rude and nearly nonexistent. If you have any type of maintenance issue they won't show up until 2 or 3 weeks later to address it and may bill you. The pool is also left unkept and dirty which can be a safety hazard to any family or friend visiting. It's unfortunate for such a nice town that an apartment complex is so poorly run.

We follow all public bathing regulations required by the township. We also hire a pool company that maintains the pool water. Plus, we have onsite staff that maintains the pool 7 days a week. We also have a 3rd party company that collects water samples and sends them to the lab, whereas results of the water report are sent to the township according to the following regulation: "Water test samples collected from all public bathing places shall be conducted by a laboratory certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). Bacteriological quality must be monitored once each week when the public bathing place is in operation. All sample analyses must be performed by a laboratory certified by the Commonwealth in accordance with the provisions of 25 PA Code Chapter 109 “Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water”."

We are very proud of our maintenance department as they work diligently to address every work order promptly. If a part is required, for example, we will notify the tenant of the order and the time we are expected to receive the part before we can finish the open work order. In some cases it may take some time to receive the part. Otherwise, most maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours.
We have a management office onsite open Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm. Residents may also reach us via email, call or text through the tenant portal. Our maintenance line is open 24/7 for emergencies and regular maintenance requests. We strive to provide a great experience to all our residents.
