Everything stays broken

Nothing gets fixed, rent is to high for what you get. Slippery ground not safe in winter. Bad plowing.

Trashy place

Place is dirty. Let chickens and roosters run free around the cars and when you need to report a maintenance problem the only person who you can actually talk to or have contact info doesn't answer or call back
