The building amenities, especially the gym, are fantastic. Lots of parking. The location is perfect, within walking distance of parks, breweries, festivities, and restaurants in town. Maintenance is responsive and always friendly. It's been a great spot for me, and the neighbors are nice too.

I haven’t just found an apartment, I found a home
Finding a good apartment can feel like searching for a unicorn, but let me tell you, Delbar is the real deal. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew this was something special. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) with patience and a smile.
The apartment itself is absolutely stunning. The rustic feel is so cozy and there is abundant natural light. Not only is it beautiful, but it feels well-maintained. Everything is... clean and in perfect working order, which is a breath of fresh air compared to some places I've seen.
But Delbar offers so much more than just an apartment. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. There's also a great sense of community here. I've met some friendly neighbors already.
If you're looking for a place to live, not just somewhere to rent, then look no further than the Delbar. I can't recommend it highly enough! This place truly has it all: a fantastic location, beautiful apartments, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It's been a joy living here, and I can't wait to see what memories I make next!

I'd Avoid
Overall I would say as the units are now they are certainly not worth it due to a mixture of annoyances, sanitation concerns, and for me major heal issues tied to the property. On first glance and in pictures the units look fantastic but living there day to day is often a separate issue.
Positives - Open concept - Plenty of natural light - New construction - Polite and generally attentive staff
Negative - Noise: As of February 2024 ongoing construction at the site both in a new building and... the lower portion of the occupied space means you will hear consistent construction noise and heavy machinery throughout the day. - Build Quality: Walls for these units are so thin you can hear activities such as normal phone conversations, computer typing, and watching TV from your neighbors. If you happen to have an end unit the sound of an exterior door opening and closing will be loudly audible within your apartment at all hours of the night. Additionally the poor quality paint used scuffs easily and is nearly impossible to clean without damaging the paint leaving you as the renter on the hook for repainting. - Bugs: During my time there for multiple months I had to deal with an infestation of full sized crickets which lasted for months and persisted even after the apartment management brought someone in the spray the baseboards. - Mold: During winter months when the heat would run more regularly the bedrooms would develop a strong musty odor and a mold testing kit showed the space had airborne mold not present elsewhere in the unit or outside. This would result in me even getting sick at its worst point. As a result in the winter I would have to not run the heat for multiple hours and open the sunroof even just to air out the space. When this issue was brought to management my concerns were not addressed reasonably and persisted beyond their “fix” for the problem. - Air Quality: This is a genuine issue I am surprised The Delbar could open or remain habitable. As of February 2024 the state’s environmental protection agency through air quality testing on site found it in need or remittance multiple times to the point as a tenant I was instructed to keep a provided air filter on at all times to avoid unsafe air quality levels within the unit itself. As renters we received more than one notice about this and had multiple tests conducted throughout my time renting but the issues had not been sufficiently addressed by the time I moved out.
