Leasing Office is a Disgrace
Moved in the end of July and had a few requests for some minor fixes within the apartment. We have not been able to get in contact with anybody useful and none of our maintenance requests has been touched. In addition, we have been given no information at all regarding how to access our mailbox. The apartment itself we have no issues with it is Kendall and the leasing office that have been nonresponsive. Hopefully this can turn around because the place has potential.

HORRIBLE management
After applying for an apartment and getting accepted they increased rent by 3,000 dollars prior to presenting our lease. Kendall and Greg falsely advertised the apartment and then proceeded to present an inadequate lease. DO NOT rent with this apartment unless you want a lawsuit.

Disgusting, Building Managers Should Be ASHAMED!
This apartment make new problem every week. The washer and dryer hardly work, there's bedbugs, my roommate's window fell in on her bed. They get the same guy to fix everything. I had mold in my old apartment coming from my wall. It spread all the way to my bed, and it took them 3 months just to do something. The keypad to enter the building has been broken for months and they just now fixed it. On 3/11/2016, the power and water went out at 3am and we didn't get it back until Sunday. The... building manages took so long to even respond. They're getting our money so what's the point of taking so long to do everything???? If I could give it no starts I would. If your child goes to the Art Institute of Philadelphia, don't let them dorm because this is where they will live!!!

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Maintenance!
Elevators shutting down, Air conditioning shutting off, water pipes bursting, & washers/dryers going on strike. With a building filled with over 200 residents, you would think maintenance has gotten tired of our mouths complaining. Something needs to be done with these living conditions.
