LOVE LOVE LOVE Living at 333 Earp St! The location is fabulous- literally steps away from the Italian Market and Jefferson Square; my apartment is huge with gorgeous historic flourishes and an updated kitchen; and there is laundry in the basement of the building. If you’re looking for a fantastic apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Philadelphia, 333 Earp is for you!

Great Apartment in a Great Location
Our apartment is a dream! My roommates and I moved here last year and its been a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better- just down a few blocks from all of the great restaurants on Passyunk. We love our apartment and the management staff has always been accommodating.. There is also a cute communal deck on the roof.

So much neighbor noise
Though the apartments have really nice finishes and are in fairly good shape, you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors, especially from upstairs. I've lived in a couple of places in the last few years, this is the absolute worst sound bleed I've ever experienced. I can hear full out conversations, every shower my neighbor takes, every time they open and close a drawer, when their phone buzzes, literally....everything. If I had known how bad the sound bleed was when I first saw the apartment, I... don't know if I would have moved in.

We truly appreciate your honest feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear that your stay in our community has fallen short of expectations - though 333 Earp Street is newly renovated, it is an older construction building, and noise complaints are... something we are currently working to address more effectively.
Please reach out to us at service@mgmtresidential.com or 215-821-7487 and we would be happy to discuss this with you further.

Great Location and Pet Friendly
Review: Our apartment is awesome- lots of natural light. The building is super pet friendly and the neighbors and pets all get along great. I also love the roof deck to enjoy the nice weather and view. Being near the Italian Market is good for my stomach and bad for my wallet.
