Love the building (great heat and AC, staff, location, views, maintenance staff, Roost staff), hate the frequent fire alarms, usually attributable to the retail tenants on ground level. As a whole, best place I've lived in Center City!

We love living here. Maintenance is fast, elevators work well, leasing office staff is friendly, and the amenities are nice. We are happy we found the Girard!!
