Area is central to all of center city and is so accessible via all modes of transportation to get you anywhere! Would prefer if there is more space for pets to roam around on the amenities floor as the doggy relief area is quite small and not the cleanest.

We're sorry to hear that you are less than satisfied with our available space that pets are allowed to roam freely without a leash. While we are a pet friendly... community, we most also keep the safety and comfort of non-pet-owning residents as well. You are always welcome to roam with your leashed pet on our Western Outdoor Terrace and in our indoor lounges; but they can only relieve themselves inside of the Community Dog Park. So you are aware, pets are not permitted on the Eastern Terrace, with the pool or fire pits, unless they are certified service animals registered with the community. We do apologize for any lack of cleanliness inside the Dog Park, but rest assured that our onsite cleaning team services the park 3 times a day, along with hosing down by our automated sprinkler system. Our office team is also working diligently to identify and fine any residents not picking up after their pets. If you notice pet waste left by other residents, please inform the nearest community staff member, so they my begin the cleaning and investigation process.
