Little to no complaints.

I love my unit. Spacious, I hear no noise and I am on the 1st floor. Only complaint is that you have to get out of the car to unlock the gate to get in. Other than the the building is beautiful and well kept.

Listen

I had to jump in and echo what other reviews are saying…I just moved into The Nook and I already regret it. The sound transfer, the noise above and below is crazy, like somehow I can hear everyone and every step they take. You can hear people up on the roof all the time. You can feel your neighbors washing machine shaking your floor. My neighbors smoke inside their apartment and it comes into mine, management doesn’t care. Other neighbors told me that the gym equipment was stolen awhile back and... again management don’t care…so we’re paying for amenities that we don’t get. The property is always dirty like the elevator and the stairs. Wallpaper is bubbling everywhere like there’s constant leaks. They right about the hole in the mailroom. And nobody leaves packages in the mailroom anyway. They’re left outside all the way by the gate. Management tried to get people to stop parking in the lot but they still do. What bothers me day to day is these cheap appliances. For real listen, don’t move here

Do not move here

Like the other reviews have said, don’t be fooled. While the location is great, living at The Nook has been horrendous and I’m not even sure where to start. If you toured it yourself right now, you’ll notice the “secure gate” is wide open and has been for over a month - someone crashed into it and management has yet to get it fixed. You’d probably step in the poop that’s all over the parking lot because residents don’t pick up after their dogs. Residents park their cars all along the fire lane... and handicap spots, making it impossible to get in and out of your parking spot - they’ll even park in your reserved spot that you pay $100 for. You’d see a mailroom with a huge hole in the ceiling, flooded floor, terrible moldy smell, and really your packages are going to get stolen anyway. The elevator randomly goes out of service and takes too long to fix. You can hear your neighbors every move thanks to paper thin walls and cheap sound proofing. We literally haven’t known a minute of peace since moving in and have to wait for our neighbors to go to sleep before we can go to sleep. Save yourself, do not move here.

Cannot get in contact about security deposit

I moved in April 2022 and left at the end of April 2023. Personally I never had any poor experiences here WHILE I was a resident, however over 30 days have passed since I moved out and I haven’t received my security deposit. They are not answering emails or phone calls about this, and I’ve been trying to get in contact for days…had this happen with a landlord in the past and had to pursue legal action to get my deposit back and now I’m unfortunately getting the same vibes. Very shady that no one... is responding…. I don’t care how great my actual time there was if they pull this at the end.

Don’t be fooled

I’m going to just leave this here . Me and everyone in this building moved in around this time last year and majority are leaving. There is 33 Apartments and 20 plus people are leaving. The building is only a year old and it’s been awful living here . I just moved out and I’m so glad that I did.
