CAN HEAR EVERYTHING
Gorgeous place and nice appliances but can hear my neighbors next door AND upstairs neighbors and downstairs neighbors despite the high ceilings.

The owner of the building treats you like a peasant. I’ve been personally insulted by him many of times while living at the Paper Factory… It’s also odd how unprofessional he is… Also.. ROACHES. I’ve seen them too many times to count.
This space is also extremely loud. You can hear quite literally everything that goes on in the building. A lot of tenants like to have parties too, so good luck sleeping.
