Property has nice appliances in the units and i like the layout, but there are mice and i can hear every single thing my neighbor says or does, the walls are paper thin. You could probably find something in the city for the same price, especially because there are no amenities.

This place is horrible
If I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management is horrible, this place smells like trash all the time, leaking ceilings, etc. Contacted management multiple times about noise complaints and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Steer Clear of JBMP properties
Pros: cheap rent, new apartments Cons: POOR management- Unprofessional. Had I checked reviews prior to signing a lease, I would have steered clear. What you read online about JBMP other properties (google JBMP property group), is true. This complex is just as poorly managed. Garbage: Emptied MAYBE once a week. Trash rooms gets full, and the entire floor will start stinking. The smell then will filter into your unit as the apartment doors have wide gaps that allows light and odors to filter... through. They recently got rid of the dumpsters. Makes no sense. Property itself: Poorly maintained, a new building yet its already dank and dogged. NO proper cleaning crew. Hallway carpets, walls stairwell, elevators are always dirty, smelly and nasty (garbage juice dried up on the floors), holes in the walls, dried paint on the floors, indoor/outdoor garbage cans always full to the brim. The Everest building has already had several leaks and the building just opened. Forgot about asking Managment to step in. They do nothing as they are not onsite to assist and do not care. Tenants: Loud at night and someone is always smoking weed. Maintenance: Not onsite. If you have an issue you have to pay a $50 fee for someone to come out each time. The list goes on. Take your money and rent elsewhere. The headache isn’t worth it.

The cost of Parking is insane, management is not the best at responding to emails
There seems to be confusion among residents about the applicable costs, as some have reported being charged different amounts. I’ve met residents that were charged $100 and one resident was charged $140 for parking which is insane. The apartments are beautiful, and the community is nice but the management team is not great at responding back to emails. If you need something fix you are better off fixing it yourself. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for them to fix the front entrance of my... door.

Beautiful New Complex
I just toured this brand new apartment complex with the leasing manager Anna. It was a great experience and she was a pleasure to work with. I've submitted an application and looking forward to living in this beautiful new building. The location is perfect for me being a quick commute to downtown by either car or public transportation but has a nice remote feel to it.
