Ok when I first moved in here I was super excited and had a great experience in the beginning until I received my electric bill which was super expensive because everything is ran on electric. Heaters suck in the winter time. Maintenance of the bldg. is poorly managed leaving ppl to smell funk from filthy carpets on every floor. Packages are stolen or misdelivered. Hard water beware. There are only 2 Laundry rooms. Overall too many city Apts being rented out so ur neighbor could be someone who... just got out of jail or physch ward. Mice n roaches live for free.
