Save your time and money

Westfield Apartments presents a facade of luxury, but its reality falls short. Despite high rent, issues like slow maintenance response times, packages being stolen, and deteriorating conditions plague residents. Management's promises of improvement ring hollow as complaints go unanswered and security measures prove ineffective. Thin walls offer little privacy, while parking woes and prolonged appliance malfunctions add to the frustration. In summary, look elsewhere for a living space that... values your comfort and safety.

Do NOT move here

Beautiful on the outside, horrible on the inside. I’ve never written a review for anything but this building deserves one. Management does not answer complaints and needs unless you send multiple emails, there was a shooting inside the building and outside the building, they added surveillance cameras and those were spray painted black, the walls are EXTREMELY thin, I could hear my neighbor sneeze, talk, walk and their tv every single day, you pay extra for parking but your car is stuck in the... lot plenty of times due to produce junction customers, my air was broke over the summer for 3 weeks and they didn’t fix it or bring me a portable AC until I threatened to not pay anymore, also my washer and dryer was broke for 2-3 months and there was no compensation AFTER I asked what could be done on their behalf because of the inconvenience. Overall, save your money and go somewhere better. It’s not worth it.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

Westfield apartments response time to issues is so slow. Apartment slowly started falling apart and rent is so high. They promise change and don’t ever deliver. So glad I’m moving. I would not recommend living here. Horrible plumbing, appliances stop functioning properly and walls are thin asf.

Good price, not so great time

This apartment was great to start and slowly started deteriorating shortly after. After about a month, our central air motor broke. Following that our microwave broke and we were told it was the oldest in the building even though they had been updating every other apartment in the building. It took weeks for us to get our AC fixed and a new microwave. Also in the beginning of May we noticed our AC was barely blowing out cool air and the apartment was constantly hotter than it was outside There... have been mice all over the building and not much has been done about it. The plumbing in the units are also faulty, there were multiple leaks and minor drainage clogs with not much to show as of a reason why. The corporate office constantly defers to the building manager who may not be on site everyday and its hard to work with scheduling around that. They have a 90 day notice policy to end the lease when the term is up which is absurd and very different from the typical one month notice so if you don't look at your lease in the middle of your stay you could miss out and be forced to stay an extra 3 months or a year with an increase in rent. This building wouldn't be as bad with better management but a year here has been very tough.

Affordable and Convenient Location

Great location near Fairmount Park, about 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and close to the beautiful Main Line suburban communities. After almost three years of being a resident, I enjoy being in the city but still enjoying the quiet environment the neighborhood provides. The building management is professional and very helpful. The building is clean and the grounds are well-maintained. There's a produce market in the neighborhood for convenient shopping. There's street parking as well as... paid parking with covered and uncovered options. The only utilities you pay for are electric, gas, and internet/cable which is a great money saver. The rental company is also upgrading the building so it's an all around pleasant living experience!
