Living at Ridge at Robinson has been peaceful! I love how spacious my unit is and the style of my apartment. I rated 4 stars because I feel the apartment is understaffed! They deal with maintenance requests quite slowly and don’t take some of them seriously… I also wish I knew when my packages arrived. Additionally, the stench of valet trash is worse than I expected (especially when the staff doesn’t monitor when residents put their trash out).

Poor communication with management. Complete lack of forethought or planning to keep residents informed. After living here over 2 years, the amount of trash and dog faces laying around is disgusting.
Maintenance staff is great. Quick and knowledgeable as well as respectful.
