I love my apartment and the area is nice. My BIGGEST issue is residents that do no clean up after their dogs. The place is a mess due to it. I wish Management could be more proactive in taking care of this issue

Online portal is helpful. Staff had been amazing. Resident are very respectful of eachother.
The elevator seems often broken, but there is good communication about it.
Community events are nice.

My experience has been okay so far, but there are a couple of things that make it a 3-star. The noise levels can be disruptive at times, which impacts my overall comfort. Additionally, some of the extra costs, like the high utility bills, feel excessive and unexpected. These issues take away from what could be a much better living experience.
