Me and 4 other girls were looking for a 1 year lease as students of the U and it was anything but good staying here.
We were treated with no respect (and are continuing to be treated this way), we moved into a disgusting apartment and then blamed for why it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival, we had damages and issues all year that weren’t addressed, ignored, or only partially fixed because proper repair was “too expensive”. The landlord is sneaky and manipulative with her words, OH! And... there’s a halfway house behind the property that no one disclosed to us except for the previous tenants after we had moved in, this wouldn’t have caused much issue but with a broken lock on our door directly next to it that was attempted to be broken into….. maybe we should’ve been told and had proper repairs.
Seriously unless you want stressful living, being blamed for everything, and having your security deposit wrongfully retained by the landlord. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Read More
