Courtyards at Sewickley (820 Property) is a great starter apartment for young person or couple. Decent price for the location and 5 min or less drive to points of interest. Neighborhood is friendly and neighbors are decent. Some of the cons: -units are very outdated and could use refurbishment -walls are paper thin and can hear above neighbors conversations, footsteps, dogs running, etc -Railroad tracks right behind complex and very loud throughout the day / train passes by several times in an... hour, all hours of day. Will take getting used to - basic to no amenities
