Nice area to live in. It's quiet and close to many stores. University is minutes away. The staff in the office are very helpful. Maintenence response time is okay. Not the fastest, but not the worst. The office likes to be involved with the resident community, so there are many events that the office holds.

The apartment is generally okay. Since moving in, I've appreciated the prompt and friendly customer service. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. One day, my glasses fell out of my pocket, and a maintenance staff member who saw them picked them up and went out of her way to return them to me at my apartment. I was grateful, as those were my reading glasses, which are essential to me. However, my main concern is the issue with bugs. I've noticed quite a few in my living room, along with... wasps, and I'm unsure of where they're coming from.
