I’m sorry I would not recommend anyone to stay here .. maybe if you HAVE to settle for something but trust and believe the price they want, is not worth the space they provide

Starter
This property is a nice starter apartment, I have been here for 2 years and after some time you definitely do need more space especially for the price. Initially when I moved in I was working a lot so I wasn’t home often, when I signed my second lease I slowed down on work and that’s when I noticed the mice. No matter how clean I kept things, even keeping food trash on the balcony so I won’t entice them, they’d still come. Luckily whenever I reached out to maintenance I’d usually get a prompt... response although the property manger isn’t the most pleasant she will help if you’re a good tenant but she recommended I get a cat. It has become unbearable I don’t even have company anymore not only bc of the size of the space but the mice have become bold enough to make an appearance while company is here. When the exterminator or maintenance would come they would tell me the mice live in the walls so there isn’t much that can be done. I had the exterminator out several times, and multiple traps were placed, even requested they treat other apartments in the building to find the source. They did but it did not stop. I finally realized the source of entry was behind the kitchen cabinet which hadn’t been properly installed. Maintenance filled the hole inside but not around the cabinet so they’re still here. I clean everyday because my fear of the mice truly disgusts me. I’ve caught 7 so far. Once I saw it crawling on my stove I knew I had to go. The space and conditions are not worth the price it is now, when I moved in they had a special that’s what drew me. I truly hope to find something more accommodating.

Worst place to live.
I lived here for three years. No matter how clean I kept my place mice were everywhere, I had to get a cat just to kill the mice. Lauren the property manager was the worst person to talk to. My toilet was always broken and the mold was unbearable. They told me to just wipe it down with bleach and a towel. DISGUSTING. I now have asthma because of it. This place is a fire hazard. There was four people living in the apartment right under me. Keep in mind these apartments are tiny and only one... bedroom. They may have put some new floors in and shined the place up a bit but it is still the same old DISGUSTING PLACE. If I could I would have this place inspected and SHUT DOWN. NOT LIVABLE FOR HUMANS.

Current Tenant
Unless you’re single with no children, stay away. The rent is not worth it, for the size of the apartment. The area itself isn’t bad, however trash is always piled up outside. The property manager is good for nothing. Claims the property is under 24hr surveillance yet whenever i needed to view the cameras they were always “under construction”. Lots of roaming cats too.

STAY AWAY!!
I just recently posted a review a few weeks ago but apparently someone removed it, I’ll be glad to write another! PLEASE stay away from this property, I’ve been here since July and I’ve caught two mice in my kitchen, one not even a month after moving in, I should’ve went with the reviews that I’ve read when a previous tenant reported that this property is mice infested! Huge bugs crawling around I’ve caught those on the mice traps, The plumbing SUCKS my toilet currently does not flush on it’s... own I have to keep fighting with that, my tub has not drained since the day that I’ve moved in, I was told that water is included in the rent IT’S NOT and now I’m stuck with a $327 water bill which I have no idea how when I live alone and can’t take showers because once again my tub doesn’t drain so I’m taking bird baths and going back and forth to my parents house. The landlord does NOTHING to fix the problems, there’s always trash and debris around outside, trash piling up out of the dumpsters! Please just don’t waste your money and time on these piece of crap apartments!
