They're an excellent and fair landlord
Unlike a lot of other apartment complexes, Rose Hill Apartments is not corporate owner - it is family-owned and run. They are human and understand that life happens and circumstances change. The staff at Rose Hill Apartments have went above and beyond to help me. The staff are friendly and understanding, but really more than that. As I have previously stated, they are human beings versus dealing with some face-less, soul-less corporation. If you want a great place to live at a good value, you... will strongly consider living at Rose Hill Apartments.

Great couple years in a Townhouse (Rose Hill Estates)
My wife and I, along with a friend of mine, spent just shy of 2 years in one of the large (3br, 3 bath) townhouses. It was a beautiful place to live and everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with.
My only gripe would be that the repairmen that they have on site can oftentimes be very slow at getting around to fixing things, and will attempt to tell you that there is nothing wrong with "it" ("it" being whatever appliance is having an issue). If you are a man, they will tend to trust you,... but they treat women like idiots (usually fine when talking to me, but condescending toward my wife). Since most items were in good shape, we rarely had to deal with them, though.
Other than the repairmen, it was an absolute pleasure to stay with them, and they are the first place I have ever stayed that does not attempt to steal your security deposit (they returned the whole deposit less than 2 weeks after we left).
