Best Place in West Chester

Absolutely loved living at Sharples! The walk to town is easy and in a perfect location! The staff is fantastic and can't thank them enough for making it home for over two years! Neighbors are great and if you have an animal it's a fantastic place with great ability to walk right to Marshall Park or all over the city. Definitely the best place to stay in West Chester!

Noise

Noisiest place youll ever live. Among paper thin walls and noisy neighbors comes their workers making noise Early in the morning. Constant banging, use of loud machinery, no care given to the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment as garunteed by law. Do not live here if you dont like noise. Overpriced tiny apartments with on site parking surrounding the building that you pay extra for.

At the Sharples Works, we require all vendors and staff to work within the guidelines established by the borough...
. We reviewed our incident log and found that we have not received any noise complaints which match your description. Further, the apartments at our community are quite large (many are over 1,100 square feet) and we provide FREE parking for all tenants and their guests.
