With a 30-day lease, you are not required to be in residence for 30 days.

Apt C is located on the 2nd floor of the main house of 82 Rutledge Avenue in Harleston Village and was architecturally renovated and tastefully decorated to reflect Charleston's cultural heritage. One can easily walk to most of what Charleston offers. The apartment is light-filled, has tall ceilings and windows, and overlooks the magnificent garden.

The kitchen has modern, well-maintained appliances, a separate mahogany kitchen table, marble countertops, a gas range/electric oven, and modern but appropriate cabinetry. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, glassware, and other cooking "necessities." In this area, there is a washing machine and a separate dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, and all linens are provided. A separate walk-in closet/storage area is between the master bedroom and bathroom.
