It’s quiet and clean. Parking is horrible . Dog park is clean. Overall is a very nice place to call temp home. Great place to be at this time.

Cooper River Farms is more then an apartment, its a lifestyle and an overall joy to live at, especially when you work in the city area and want a pace to come home to and truly unwind. The staff is amazing, the grounds are well kept, and the engagement overall between staff, tenants, events is unmatched to anywhere I have lived.

Love the amenities this place has to offer. Wish they had more attentiveness in getting us the correct keys and our garbage can. It seems they only pick up trash once a week instead of a few times a week
