Absolutely the worst

Staff is the absolute worst. Extremely rude and unfriendly I have been here one day and they towed my car. Beautiful property and I like the apartment but do yourself a favor and move elsewhere. Not worth this at all. Manager is the worst of them all.

??????

Been here nearly 8 years and love it. My apartment is the upgrade with granite. There has been a few incidents with residents but unless you live in the middle of no where this is kind of expected. No one except the people accountable can be held responsible for that. Over all I've been happy here and have great neighbors.

TERRIBLE

this apartment complex IS THE WORST!!!! they will charge you for things you didn’t even do!!!! And the apartments are SO OUTDATED. maintenance SUCKS. The office people are absolutely terrible. The neighborhood is DANGEROUS!- my apartment got broken into, when I called the office they didn’t even care they said we will send someone next week to fix what was damaged. Also someone got shot! As 2 police officers LIVE HERE! They are suppose to be the courtesy officers and do nothing! Oh and your car... will most likely get broken into but office DOESNT CARE

Paid $225 and withdrew my application !!!

Can you imagine the frustration an average income person should feel, to withdraw an application after paying $225 dollars ? If you dont mind being treated poorly, go for it. As long as you dont have to deal with the management for anything, you are good to go. But in case you have any small issue with anything and need the management, forget supporting they would probably insult you and kick you out. I can even being to explain what happened to me.

BEWARE !!!!!!!

Great complex all around- but beware of loud neighbors

This place is very well kept, the maintenance team is very responsive, the complex has 2 pools. An added plus the units come with optional fire places, ice makers, washer and dryer (depending on what type of unit). I think they’re nice renovated or unrenovated. You can’t beat the price for quality, location, and safety. The landlords have always been informative and caring and have even gone out of their way for me on occasion which I’m incredibly greatful for and will make me a long time tenant... for as long as I can afford (they raise your rent yearly, not sure by what percentage but this year was $40 and I have a 2b2b.) also animal friendly! Only one downfall. In my 3rd year of leasing I had some new neighbors move in above me and long story short they were so loud and disrespectful, stomping, screaming. I asked the landlords, on-site cop and it got so bad I called the actual non emergency police and nothing has been done. I guess it’s just one of those situations that they can only do so much and once they fill a unit that’s it game over no matter how much these people disturb the whole building... so just be weary ask about the type of tenants living in your building before you move.
