Very quiet place to live…comfortable and close to everything. Only negative so far is parking spaces fill up quick. So if you work a normal 8-5 job you may be struggling to get a spot close to your apartment due to a lot of cars that never move from their spots

The dog park is great, lots of space for them to run around and the neighbors are friendly. Renovations in units are nice, unfortunately the community grill by pool has been out of order for some time.

The people in the office aren’t willing to solve problems. The traffic is loud, the parking sucks, most residents don’t respect each other. The complex doesn’t uphold their own lease rules and they put very little effort into preventative maintenance and grounds keeping.

I am grateful to have a wonderful home to stay. The lady's in the office is easy to work with and maintenance is always around. The property is nice and clean.
