I love living here but there are definitely some major flaws. There is a lack of communication between management and residents. There was also the issue with the fire alarms. I hope yall can get this sorted out before next year.

My roommates and I have had poor experiences at dockside. The parking garage never seems to be fixed, we’ve had a girl move in when they never told us so she showed up at 10pm without us knowing what she was doing, they left throw up on the ground for 5 days after I had called after 1 day of it being there so they never cleaned it up, there was trash spoiling in the hallway which they did not pick up even after calling 3 times, we paid a technology fee when moving in then never received the... password to our wifi for 2 months until I had to call to ask for the password, and lastly we went to a thanksgiving event at the leasing office where we got there 5 min after it started then the food was already all gone because the staff at the leasing office took first picks at the food eating it all before residents arrived. Overall I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Overall, I give dockside a 5/5. Most of my problems are minor and I have not experienced anything like a few years ago. I have a lake front view and balcony and it is gorgeous. The staff are also very nice and timely with handling concerns.

The amenities are great! I love being right on the lake and having access to the pool and grill area. I also love being so close to YourPie and Hotworx.
