Overall a nice experience and friendly neighborhood!
My only complaints are emergency maintenance never answers (which sucks during emergencies) and the front gate to get in is never closed so homeless people come to the pool

overall a great community to live in the staff is very nice and maintenance is quick to fix any problems when they arise. The only issue really is parking sometimes.
