Fix these apt stop residents from living in these conditions
I have not seen the pool open or laundry room open in over 2 years or better, we don't have a maintenance guy at times, this place have very mice problems, balcony falling apart, apt always flooding, bad wiring problem, rotten kitchen and bathroom cabinets, these people fixes nothing, patio door always getting stuck with no screen, some windows are painted shut I can go on and on its awful

Don't move there
Worst place to live, never fix anything, don't have laundry room neither a pool. Apartment always flooding, no lights in the breeze way. And bad mouse problems.
