Not recommended

I have lived at this apartment complex for 6 years and it’s been horrible! Property manager name Rachel is very disrespectful and I would not recommend anyone to move here moving out as soon as my lease is up

Move somewhere else

I write this as a warning to anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. The rent you are paying to live here is not worth a half-working apartment complex with issues that aren’t being fixed in a timely manner. Consider moving elsewhere.
Boyfriend just moved in here and is regretting it. He’s made several maintenance requests to have issues like the garbage disposal and electric outlets fixed, but they have yet to come out and fix them after a month. He can’t even use the dishwasher...
without water coming from the sink drain, probably because the garbage disposal doesn’t work.
Roaches have come through the walls where floor baseboards were separated and not fixed prior to him moving in.
Several outlets in the living room and bedrooms do not work, and the closet light doesn’t work as well. He’s also had several packages stolen from his door.
He was told that the apartment only has one maintenance worker at the moment. It’s understandable that work requests may take longer, but it is ridiculous that they moved him into an an apartment that is subpar prior to moving in and still pays full rent for an apartment with this many issues.

These are the worst apartments ever!!! They don’t fix nothing, and something is alway going wrong.

Bad management zero stars

I have lived here over a year now with nothing but problem after problem. Very noisy, hear sirens all the tim all hours of the day and night. The gates never work. Loud obnoxious hoodlums run around loud as hell even shooting off fire works at 1 in the morning saw the person reported to office and they said it didn’t come from here when I saw the kid set the fireworks off. I have had a leak in my closet since I have been here. Supposedly they fixed it but still leaks. My shower leaks into the... apartment below me. Roaches constantly.They have had a dumpster outside my apartment for going on almost four months after an apartment Caught on fire. By the way there are no sprinkler systems. Now there is a port-a-potty and dumpster directly below my balcony so all I smell is crap and trash when I go on my balcony, and getting out of my vehicle to go to my apartment. instead of putting the dumpster and toilet in the parking lot that is empty they choose to put it right in front of residents apartment and take up their parking spaces. Neighbors are constantly slamming doors all hours of the night and management just says call the police. your the only one complaining. like I don’t matter when I signed the same lease that says I have a right to peace which I do not have here anymore. Trash is everywhere all over the stairwells and parking lot. They sneak in a $25 trash fee that you can not cancel Wish I didn’t sign my second lease so I’m stuck for now. If your looking for a quiet apartment this is definitely not the one For you. but if you want to party all night not worry about getting kicked out for being a Nuisance to the people around you then this is the place for you. The best part about this place is the maintenance workers They deserve a raise. Everyone is nice here, but if you have a problem with neighbors or anything else might as well talk to the wall, pretty much get the same results. Management does not care about your problems and the people above the property manager will not return phone calls or email. Landmark at pinecourt is a lemon. Looks good on the website but is the worst place to live. At night it does not feel safe around here. I would strongly recommend you find another place to rent.

Inconsistency, unhelpful management

The gate on this "gated community" doesn't work half the time. The storage sheds that are supposed to be for renters are used to store junk for maintenance. Management is biased, rigid and unhelpful. Nosy neighbors. HORRIBLE parking lot and driveways with terrible blind spots.
