We enjoy living here. The amenities are better than most places in Columbia. It’s new and modern and close to all the interstates to get to Charleston, Charlotte or Greenville.

The office representatives are all kind and the location of the complex is excellent, but it appears that there are issues with communication between office staff when it comes to ensuring that they have everything they need from potential/new tenants when renting out units. More importantly, the unit I just moved into came quite damaged (huge water leak/stain that was just painted over rather than repaired, deep burns on glass stove, expired/empty apartment provided fire extinguisher, window... latches that are stuck, and the unit was not cleaned when I picked up my keys). I was so excited to live here and had such high hopes for this complex given how it is a beautiful and walkable community with so many amenities provided, but its been more of a negative experience for me than a positive one so far.

The apartment is nice and staff is great. Don’t really like the valet trash because the hallways smell bad and trash pickup is on Saturday which is kind of annoying.

I absolutely Love it here! The community is beautiful. The staff and neighbors are friendly. I greatly appreciate the valet trash service. Conveniently located close to anything downtown and the river walk.

the atmosphere is an awesome vibe. The amenities are nice and the staff is super helpful. The location is perfect. The little farmers markets on the weekend tends to be my favorite thing.
