5-Star Review: The Pier is a College Student’s Dream! Living at The Pier has been amazing as a college student. The apartments are modern and spacious, with killer views that make studying (or procrastinating) way better. The amenities are top-notch—I love the fitness center, pool, and coworking spaces for getting work done. The location is perfect, close to campus and surrounded by great spots to eat and hang out. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always quick to help. The Pier has made my... college life so much easier and more fun. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Super close to campus and the pool and gym are great amenities. Study rooms and parking are also super nice. Own bathroom is the best part probably. Pretty spacious room with big kitchen and own balcony!

The Pier Apartment Complex is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The biggest draw is its prime location—being close to the water and within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options makes it an appealing spot. If you enjoy scenic views, the balconies overlooking the pier are a definite plus.
Pros: ? Great Location –... Close to the beach, restaurants, and local hotspots. ? Modern Amenities – Updated appliances, in-unit laundry, and a well-maintained fitness center. ? Responsive Management – Any maintenance issues are typically addressed quickly. ? Quiet & Safe – Despite being near a busy area, the complex itself is peaceful.
Cons: ? Parking Can Be a Hassle – Limited guest parking and tight spots. ? Pricing Is on the Higher Side – Rent is a bit steep

Nice and quiet, wish they would’ve gotten the hot tub fixed though. Stairs are killer if you don’t live on 1st or 3rd floor, because there’s no elevator. Staff is very nice and friendly.
