I was really excited about moving here. The “welcome letter” was just a recap of charges. For what it costs, there should be a book or pamphlet in each apartment with “do’s and don’ts”, rules and how to use the amenities, and community standards like you would see at a VRBO. The whole process was very unorganized. Unfortunately, my apartment wasn’t cleaned well and wasn’t even checked before I was given my keys. Several issues could/should have been resolved with a simple checklist like... changing the smoke detector batteries - mine started beeping at 2 AM my second night, the stove and sink were dirty, and rug adhesive was all over the floors.
The appliances are GE with the refrigerator having wire shelves, which can be helped with refrigerator mats. The countertops are formica. The dryer has the loudest buzzer I’ve ever heard. The apartment is pre-wired with AT&T so that is your only option for internet. The apartment is not insulated well for sound, so you will hear neighbors coming and going. The trash is constantly an issue. There are no signs or reminders for people to clean up after themselves. People should be fined for throwing trash everywhere or not using the compactor correctly. Even the recycling bin has been damaged. There are repeated emails from the leasing office, but they’re obviously not reaching everyone living in the complex. The parking situation is awful. They recently reduced the monthly rental rates, which stings for those paying the higher rates. As they lease more apartments, the conditions are getting worse. You would hope that you wouldn't have to tell people repeatedly to have common courtesy for their neighbors, but sadly it needs to be publicly posted and enforced.
There are still some nice points. The office staff is friendly and helpful when you reach out and the maintenance crew is friendly. You can request repairs through the resident portal site. The community events are a great plus. The coffee bar, pool, and fitness center are nice (but again need signs about cleaning up after themselves).

Good but definitely could be better
The apartment is clean and quiet. The office workers are not dependable. Make sure any deals that you get is in writing. They will not uphold them the deals they promise. They also do not answer questions honestly and openly. The apartments used cheap material. So the “floor boards” do not stay down. The dryer is very loud. Avoid using while taking a nap if you are a light sleeper. And it can not be turn off.
