I decided to rent with powers properties at the beginning of the new year, was skeptical about safety due to my wife and newborn at home alone a lot with me working swing shifts. Was promised this was a safe complex and no previous problems have occurred, was completely lied to, loitering sketchy people everywhere, my wife doesn’t go out past 8 PM, the apartment across from us just has the windows shot out of it today, 5 hours before I wrote this review. Called powers properties and informed... them I wouldn’t be extending my lease, they seemed to not care at all. Definitely not the place to stay, moving out today. Will never recommend to anybody.
