I love it here. I moved into a house when I first moved to Greenville I should’ve been at 408 Jackson from the very beginning. it’s close to everything. There’s so much to do and the apartments so many amenities. As a single person I should’ve moved here in the first place. My mistake I waited!!!

The facilities at 408 Jackson are amazing! We even have a beer tap here. The management is very helpful and prompt. The location of the building is also very good. Everything is downtown is accessible.

Love living here. Staff is simply amazing. Emanuel does a fabulous job and the engineering guys are top shelf. Location is fantastic and great community atmosphere.

408 Jackson has exceeded our expectations so far. We moved here without touring as we didn’t expect to need an apartment (home purchase fell through) we were worried about where we’d end up living and are grateful it ended up being at 408 Jackson. Wonderful amenities and superb location.

I love the staff (front house and maintenance staff). They are very friendly and courteous. I will say since I moved here a year ago, the garage and elevator areas are not well maintained. Renters will leave garbage in the elevator areas and the garage always have garbage around (cans, cups, hangers, food wrappers etc.) I understand that it is not the fault of the employees, but the renters should take pride in the area that they are living in. Inside the building has always been well kept... and clean.
