They changed management 5 times since I have been living here the last 2 years it takes them a long time to process any maintenance request and it’s difficult to get in contact with them at the office they don’t return emails or phone calls it’s a quiet neighborhood and is usually maintained nicely

Sweet leasing agents, definitely need to work on maintenance

I love our apartment and the 2 leasing agents that have been here. We've had issues with maintenance employees and not getting maintenance done on time. That's not the current maintenance employees problem, it's because they have gone through several property managers. I think we've had 4 in the year we've lived here. Our fan/light needs to be fixed again, we have to screw and unscrew the lightbulbs, there's no pull chain nor hooked to the switch. Our ac wasn't working and they fixed it but now... everytime it turns on/off it makes a loud noise. Don't get me wrong I love our apartment. I know maintenance has been working hard to get back on track.
