Horrible place to live

The management promotes and does nothing about noise. If you need sleep, pay a little more for an apartment somewhere else.

Maintenance is horrible

We like living here the only bad thing is the drama you know who keeps acting crazy out here and causing problems but they don't do anything about it they keep getting away with it and it keeps happening when it wasn't for awhile it was peaceful till they came back. The other problem is maintenance they don't want to fix anything and when they finally get to it they don't even do their job right when they don't realize it's their pockets their having to come out of and if the problem is not... fixed right the first time that's more money their coming out of pocket for. They seriously need to get it together cause us as tenants have rights all we have to do is go to the magistrates office file a complaint, show where we have contacted and told them about the problem and it still not fixed, get a paper showing them if they don't fix it we don't go to pay rent until it's fixed! Get it together! Another thing is they need to spray outside everywhere around here was sitting outside today and seen a roach crawling towards my door I'm not having it. They don't spray right either it's watered down. None of the problems they "try and fix" is being fixed use y'all's brains here cause again y'all are the one's who will have to come out of pocket more not the tenants!

DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have lived in these apartments for over a year. I have no complaints as far as noise or disturbance goes. However, the management is BEYOND awful. There is one lady who "runs" the front office. And when I say "runs" I do mean she is never there and when she does answer the phone, it is forwarded to her personal number and she is beyond rude. This is also not the first front office manager I have been in contact with. They seem to be replaced every 3-4 months. The grass is very rarely ever... cut, maintenance does NOT answer the phone number that the front offers refers you to, and there seems to be a constant pool of trash scattered around my building. I have had no bug problems, but my apartment has also never been sprayed for any which makes me wonder. I would not recommend living at the Springwood Apartments on Sulphur Springs road. Save your money or go elsewhere.
