(1) The apartment is poorly insulated so you hear everything going on outside and in neighboring apartment units. (2) The parking situation is a joke. You don't get a spot near your unit. (3) There's no sidewalk on property, and you have to walk through the landscaped area to exit by foot. (4) you can't let people on to the property unless you use a finicky, close-proximity bluetooth app. (5) there's no place for delivery people to park while you hike to the parking entrance. (6) if you get a... townhouse unit above the garage, your floor will shake when someone opens their garage door. (7) staff has accidentally removed me from their key fob registry - locking me out of my apartment and away from my dog.

Great location! Great price! Great apt! Great staff!
I have rented a lot of apts over the years but complex rates at the top! Work orders are done quickly. Social events are on point which matters to me since I am new to Greenville. I've met really nice neightbors here. Packages are delivered to my door so I don't have to worry about trying to make it to the office before they close. Even my dog loves them & wants to come by their office for his daily treats. Carly, Lynn, DJ, Dan & Chris know how to take care of their residents! I made a GREAT... choice!

Beware
In thier lease agreements you sign you can't leave negative reviews for them on this site. If that doesn't scream avoid at all cost I don't know what does. There is a reason they do this. They suck.

I've done my research, look no further.
I've looked at every apartment in Greenville downtown proper, you will not find a better price nor square footage. This place is located close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Kroc Center and to Main Street. It is unique, great design, they thought of everything in the design of this complex. I moved in, worried about space in my one bedroom, Nantchez layout, no need to do so. I have so much cabinet space and closet space, I'm in awe. Also, if you have extra stuff the rental for a storage unit is very... small, $30 bucks a month. I cannot rave enough about the staff, they have bent over backwards for me on certain things and are truly amazing. Everyone is super friendly, and some residents even helped me with heavy items I had, it was truly phenomenal all around. The hallways are not enclosed, like others. You are not in a carpeted hallway, instead you get your own entrance into a concrete outdoor open hallway area. This is key, it gives you a sense of home, security and it helps to buffer noise. Plus, I feel total security. All gates need a keyfob to enter, I love living here. I truly mean it, this place is not to be overlooked.
